Yup, agree to that & thats what required at Mid level - an experience! Well, about my last comment, IT job is more kind of repeating the same coding standard till you rich the mid level & post that, you are more into management role. You are more into managing & dealing part & overall its kind of limited scope as per the project. Where as Digital Marketing is pretty open space to play, even after you cross your mid level. Even after 10 years of experience, there is something new to try, something new to experiment on daily basis & its interesting. So, yes, I think this is more interesting than any IT/Programming job :)
