Learning over earning Is always benifit for the Employee and Employer too ..:-)
but some how the situation is in india there is a highr path is block so for new fresher need to do more strugle in india. and the first year of job is the businees for indian It Company like training etc etc. in indian company want's the innovation but they r not might be ready to give new inplementation credit to newcommer might be BIG BIG EGO problem of current higher authorities or may be they feel unsecure also might be from their point of view that innovation is not good but the compay owner r stisfy with that innovation in that case in india politics born in the company . we need strong management skills which give totaly transparancy from the top management to bottom employee.
